Abhiram is a Biological Sciences major at Rutgers, graduating in 2023. He plans on attending medical school after graduation to pursue a career as a physician. He joined Zhang Lab after developing an interest in synthesis while taking Organic Chemistry I with Prof. Zhang. Abhiram has a strong passion for the synthesis of bio-compatible nanoparticles and the various therapeutic applications of functionalized C60 fullerenes throughout cellular biology. While not in the lab, Abhiram enjoys spending time in the clinic, bike riding, and trying new recipes.
